SHIPPING & DELIVERY

www.ExerciseVideosandDvds.com usually ships within 2 business days of receiving your order with payment. If there are any delays or backorder, we will do our best to contact you and let you know. Most orders will be received within 10 business days or sooner from the shipping date.

Shipments are usually made via UPS, but will be sent via USPS in some instances.

www.ExerciseVideosandDvds.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.


SALES TAX
6% sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to addresses within the State of Idaho.


Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% Happy with your purchase! You may return anything but personal or edible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
